Power Level – jačina primljenog signala. Vrednost ovog parametra treba da bude
izmedju -12 i 12, idealno oko 0.
SNR – Signal to Noise Ratio – odnos signala i šuma na liniji. Optimalna vrednost ovog
parametra je preko 34.
Parametri od značaja u Upstream channel delu su:
Bit Rate – propusni opseg za slanje podataka.
Power Level – jačina odlaznog signala. Optimalna vrednost ovog parametra je u opsegu
40 do 50 dbmV, a prihvaljiva odstupanja su kada je vrednost izmedju 35 i 55 dbmV.
